£130m hunt for Einstein’s gravitational waves
The hunt for one of the most elusive phenomena in the Universe, predicted by Albert Einstein almost a century ago yet never directly detected, is to step up next month when scientists start to upgrade an instrument that should find gravitational waves for the first time.
